Welcome to KIYAKAYA

KIYAKAYA provides clothing designed and produced by Western Australian independent labels offering made-to-measure and customised garments as well as standard sizing.


General Terms and Conditions

The following Terms of Conditions apply for all use and orders placed on KIYAKAYA website managed by DHouse Australia, ABN: 95 174 804 537 (“DHouse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please note that we do not guarantee that all products presented on the website are available for purchase. We reserve the right to discontinue our product offerings and to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time. Please note also that the terms and conditions valid for your order are the terms and conditions that are in effect as of the time that the order is placed. Users are responsible for keeping updated with any changes of the Terms and Conditions.


Placing Order

By using the website and/or placing an order through the website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors. Please note that products in your shopping cart are not yet reserved. They are made-to-order under limited production and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received confirmation.


My Account

When placing an order on, an account will be created in our management system. The information that will be stored is that which you provide such as shipping and billing address as well as email address. You will be able to choose a password with which you can log in to your account online.



Prices and delivery costs may vary from time to time and we are not bound by the price until order confirmation has been accepted.

Designer consultation may be offered to produce customised or made-to-measure items. The price for this additional service is provided for each item. It will be included into the total price of your purchase order if you selected this option.



We use Stripe for secure credit card payment processing along with PayPal. Please contact if you have any questions about invoicing and payment for your items.

Upon receiving your order, the website carries out a standard pre-authorisation check on your credit or debit card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Items will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once your payment has been approved and we will send you an order confirmation. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, your order will be cancelled. We are not responsible for any charges or penalties that may be imposed by the payment provider as the result of payment being processed with respect to your order.



We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. It secures communication by encrypting all data to and from the site. For security reasons, we do not store any credit card information in our database.


Order Processes

After submitting your order, we will send you two types of confirmations: order confirmation and confirmation for production. After accepting your order, you will receive an order confirmation, which contains the price and shipping confirmation (if applicable). Please note that all orders placed by you are subjected to acceptance by us. We may at our discretion choose not to accept your order for any reason without any liability to you. If you cancel an order and we have received payment from you, we will refund you the amount of the purchase.

Confirmation for Production

We produce each item to meet the need for individual measurements (made-to-measurement) as well as standard sizing. We provide you with an estimated time to produce each item.

Our focus is to offer clothing made for individual, we recommend local customers in Western Australia to utilise our unique and convenient made-to-measure services to purchase items from

To purchase an item made to individual measurements you need to place the order for made-to-measurement. When you selected this option, we will contact you to schedule an appointment for a Body Scan Measurement at our design and production studio. Once we obtain your body measurements, you will be registered as our private client and receive a confirmation for production of your made-to-measure item.

If you purchase an item for standard size, we will send you a confirmation for production following your order confirmation.

Because each item is made-to-order, we do not offer order cancellation after we send you confirmation for production if your change your mind about the purchase.


Returns and Exchange Policy

All designs are produced under made-to-order service, in which each item is made upon confirmation for production. Because of the nature of this service, we do not provide an exchange policy for your purchase.

If you receive a defective item, please notify us by email to immediately within 7 days after you receive the item. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the item. Under Australian Consumer Law we offer return for repair or refund if the item you purchase is deemed faulty under the following conditions.

  • The matter has been discussed, resolved and approved by us within 7 business days after the arrival of the item.
  • The item is returned in its original condition, unworn, undamaged and unwashed.
  • Do not apply for cases if you simply change your mind.
  • Do not apply for items on sale.
  • All postage is non-refundable.
  • You are liable for providing incorrect information.

We can fix and repair minor issues associated with the item. We can provide refund for the amount of your purchase if the problem with the item is major and cannot be resolved through repair. We do not offer replacement or exchange of the item.

You can choose to pick up your order in person or have the item delivered to a specified address.

Pick Up in Person

You can pick up your order in person from our studio at the following location and agreed  time.

Shipping Policy

We use Australian Post service. A flat rate is applied to each order.

Please note we do not deliver to PO Boxes within Australia. We use Australia Post Express, which provides you with unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online.  Orders will be sent out for delivery on Monday to Friday with shipping confirmation send to you.

You must ensure that the correct delivery address is entered at the checkout. For parcels that are undeliverable and returned, a re-dispatch fee will be charged for the parcel to be resent. Delivery charges paid for the original dispatch are non-refundable. We cannot guarantee the quality of the delivery services provided through Australia Post.

Our liabilities to you are limited in each separate case to these terms and conditions unless otherwise is stipulated by law. We do not assume liability for indirect damages such as in cases of force of majeure such as governmental measures, strikes, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Our liabilities to you will never exceed your total purchase amount for each order. In the case of force majeure, our obligations will be suspended.

We cannot guarantee that the content of this site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors, neither do we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. Although we strive to display the correct texts, images and pricing on this website, errors may occur. We cannot guarantee problem-free, uninterrupted, and secure access to this website.


Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Australia and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
